Ongoing Tailored Mental Toughness Training
Individualized Training that will build on the Fundamentals of Mental Toughness. More advanced practices and tools will be introduced to help clients reach peak performance. These training sessions will be done through Skype/Zoom or Phone Calls.
Topics covered will include:
Confidence, Trusting Timing, Mantras, Meditation, Daily Mental Toughness Routine, Challenging Personal Beliefs, Re-Writing Your Story, etc.
